Jamaican banana porridge is very simple and easy to make. This dish is delicious and it makes a great breakfast for both children and adults.
INGREDIENTS:

5 Green Bananas1 can Grace Coconut Milk

1 Lasco Food Drink Vanilla
- 3½ cups of water

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cinnamon powder
-
¼ tsp nutmeg
-
¼ cup salt
-
¾ cup condense
milk
-
Sugar to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Add 2 cups water into a large sauce pot to boil.

Peel and wash the bananas. Cut the bananas into smaller pieces.

To a blender, add bananas, 1 cup water, coconut milk, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon and salt and blend thoroughly for 2 minutes.

Stir in banana mixture into pot and stir continuously for 4 minutes until the porridge thickens.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and allow the porridge to cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning at the bottom.

Mix a pack of Lasco Food Drink Vanilla into half cup water and add to porridge with condense milk and sugar to sweeten.
